1. Register Warranty

The following products are covered under our warranty policy:

  • Smoothskin Hair Removal Device: Distributed by VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD. and comes with a 1-year warranty (valid from the date of purchase).
  • Tripollar Rejuvenation Device: Distributed by VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD. and comes with a 1-year warranty (valid from the date of purchase).

2. Warranty Terms & Conditions

2.1. Terms and Conditions

The product is eligible for warranty if:

  • The damage is caused by a technical fault of the manufacturer.
  • The product is within the valid warranty period.
  • The product information matches the data stored in the company warranty system.

2.2. Disclaimer of warranty

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • The product was not purchased from VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD. and is deemed unauthentic.
  • Grey market goods and Counterfeit Goods are not covered.
  • The product does not meet the conditions outlined in Section 2.1.
  • Issues arise due to improper use or misunderstanding of the user manual.
  • Damage is caused by natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning, insects, or animals.
  • The product was stored in dirty or wet conditions or was exposed to water.
  • The product is deformed due to excessive heat or external impact.
  • The product has mold stains, rust, corrosion, or chemical oxidation.
  • The product was damaged due to incorrect voltage usage.
  • Defects such as deformation, cracks, or scratches were caused by the customer.
  • The product was improperly installed, maintained, or used against the instructions in the manual.
  • The product was repaired by the customer or at unauthorized service centers.

2.3. Warranty Period

  • A 1-year warranty applies from the date of purchase. 
  • If a product has issues upon use, customers must send the product back to us for inspection.
  • Once the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturer defect, a new product will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.

2.4. Product Authenticity Check

For all purchases from VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD., customers will receive an automatic order confirmation email.

3. Warranty Method

3.1. Place

  • Please contact VATICO Service Center directly for support and advice.
  • The Customer Service Center will assist with warranty methods and forward the product to the Warranty Center if necessary.

3.2. Time

  • Warranty periods depend on the Warranty Center’s policies and the availability of replacement parts/products.
  • You will be notified when a decision is made by the Technical Support Department.
  • The average warranty process takes 30 working days from the date the Warranty Center receives the product.

4. Warranty Categories

  • The device does not work.
  • The device automatically turns off during use.
  • The device cannot emit rays.
  • Missing components from the device.

5. Warranty Expenses

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the Warranty Center.
  • If the issue is caused by a manufacturer defect, a replacement product will be shipped to the customer at no cost.
  • If the issue is caused by user actions, the customer will bear the cost of shipping and repairs.

6. Process

Below is the detailed warranty process. 

When the product has problems: 

Step 1: Read the “Guide & Troubleshooting” section to verify whether the device is defective.

If unresolved, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Contact VATICO Customer Service Center 

If the issue persists, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Customer Service will collect product details.

Customers must provide all required information to facilitate the warranty process.

Step 4: Customers must ship the product back to the Warranty Center, including the full product box and accessories

NOTE:

  • Customers pay the shipping fee if the product is damaged due to user actions.
  • For defects caused by the manufacturer, VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD.will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.

Step 5: The Technical Support Department will inspect the product.

Step 6: Detailed updates regarding the warranty status will be emailed within 5 working days.

NOTE: READ THE MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USE 

VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD. will not be responsible for any damages or losses that occur due to failure to follow instructions from VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD.

VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD. will also not be liable for any damage to the product during shipping in the warranty process (both inbound and outbound). Customers are advised to ensure proper packaging to minimize the risk of damage.
