For all purchases from VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD., customers will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
The Customer Service Center will assist with warranty methods and forward the product to the Warranty Center if necessary.
Below is the detailed warranty process.
When the product has problems:
Step 1: Read the “Guide & Troubleshooting” section to verify whether the device is defective.
If unresolved, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Contact VATICO Customer Service Center
If the issue persists, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Customer Service will collect product details.
Customers must provide all required information to facilitate the warranty process.
Step 4: Customers must ship the product back to the Warranty Center, including the full product box and accessories
NOTE:
Step 5: The Technical Support Department will inspect the product.
Step 6: Detailed updates regarding the warranty status will be emailed within 5 working days.

VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD. will not be responsible for any damages or losses that occur due to failure to follow instructions from VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD.
VATICO – VATITAN International PTE. LTD. will also not be liable for any damage to the product during shipping in the warranty process (both inbound and outbound). Customers are advised to ensure proper packaging to minimize the risk of damage.
