Sometimes, while in use, the SmoothSkin hair removal device may suddenly stop flashing for a few moments. What causes this, and how should you fix it?
First, this means your SmoothSkin hair removal device is not in full contact with your skin. The device cannot detect the skin properly. Make sure your SmoothSkin device is pressed firmly against the skin with no gaps.
Second, the treatment area may already be hair-free or the hair may be too light in color.
Third, in the event of a manufacturing issue or device fault, you should contact our customer care team to arrange a replacement device.
