How to Use SmoothSkin – Things to Know Before Hair Removal
To get the best hair removal results, please note the following:
- Exfoliate and cleanse your skin before treatment
- Shave the hair cleanly before placing the device on the skin
- After treatment, avoid contact with water for 4-6 hours. The best time is in the evening before going to bed
- After treatment, you only need to apply a soothing toner. You can resume your normal skincare routine the next day
- During the treatment course, take extra care of your skin and avoid sunbathing or swimming in the sea. Use sunscreen regularly when going out
- Do not use gel during treatment, as it may reduce the device’s sensor response and damage the flash window
How to Use SmoothSkin
- Shower (and exfoliate), then shave the area you want to treat
- Connect the power plug to a 3-prong power source
- Adjust the Intense, Gentle, and speed settings by pressing the corresponding icons.
4. Place the device on the skin.
5. Press the SS button to start the treatment. You can treat by stamping or by gliding the device along a line
6. For small, hard-to-treat areas, use the precision attachment for better hair removal results
7. After finishing, unplug the device from the power source.
Note
After treatment, clean the flash head with a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of alcohol and wipe it thoroughly. Never use gel or allow water to get on the flash head, and make sure the glass filter is not damaged after each use.
Treatment schedule: once a week. Arms and legs: 6-8 weeks. Underarms and bikini area: 9-12 weeks. After that, do maintenance treatments every 2 weeks to 1 month.
