How to Troubleshoot Common Issues with SmoothSkin Hair Removal Devices

1. The energy level indicator light on the side of the handpiece does not turn on when placed on your skin.
The SmoothSkin Pure Fit is equipped with a light indicator bar that shows the light level being delivered to the hair. This indicator helps you know whether your skin is suitable for treatment and whether the device is properly in contact with your skin.
2. When the device is placed on the skin, the light turns RED and SmoothSkin does not operate.
Another useful feature on the SmoothSkin Pure Fit and SmoothSkin Bare Fit is the skin tone sensor. This function helps the device recognize your skin tone. If your skin tone is too dark or the treatment area is not properly covered, the device will not operate. Please check your skin tone before use.
SmoothSkin has an intelligent skin tone sensor. It can automatically detect your skin tone and select the optimal treatment mode. You may also adjust the treatment area in brighter lighting conditions.
3. The energy level indicator on the side of the device is on or flashing abnormally, including the red indicator light.
